Guest access Whole house will be available Other things to note Self check-in with smart lock If you want early check-in or late check-out, please feel free to reach out 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on prior or next guests. Unapproved late check-out is subject to $75 service charge. Any type of Smoking or vaping inside/outside the property is strictly prohibited. Any residual substance from smoking or vaping inside /outside the house will be subject to a fine or $450 to cover the additional cleaning costs. SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE: *There is a video camera in the front door; on top of garage and backyard. Ring Door Bell camera in front entrance. Camera always recording for security reasons. We do have access to the videos in case there are discrepancies with number of guests, pets, etc. NOISE MONITOR in living room . No audio recording The community has strict noise ordinances. Please observe the quiet hours to respect the neighbors, quiet hour rules from 10pm to 7am. We DO NOT allow parties or any unauthorized guests without prior permission of the hosts. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate Airbnb policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $200. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Each damaged towel will be charged $50, damage linens will be charged $100 Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property. This house is in a new community and some homes are still under construction cross the street will be finished in Feb 2025. There will be potential noise from 7am ton 6 pm during the work days but will be quiet after work and during weekend. This property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized serviced for every guest who books with Us! The home will always be stocked with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We won't be responsible for guest's mail delivery. Mail box is for owner to receive personal mails only and mail box key won't be shared with guests. To make sure you receive your important package, we suggest that you ship your mail at local mail box or Amazon Locker.
